Olives from Spain tapenade
INGREDIENTS
- 70 pc (250 g) Black OLIVES FROM SPAIN
 - 2 tbsp capers
 - 1 pc Garlic clove (chopped)
 - 2 tsp Whole grain mustard sauce
 - 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 - Black pepper
 - Fresh thyme (de-stem)
 - Fresh parsley
 - Bread slices

EasyPREPARATION
- In a mortar toss in the chopped garlic clove, the fresh thyme and dash of pepper.
 - Add in the black olives and the whole grain mustard sauce and capers.
 - Mash until finely textured.
 - Add the extra virgin olive oil and garnish generously with fresh parsley.
 - Enjoy with bread slices.
