Rava masala idli with olives from Spain
- 25 pc (90 g) Sliced green OLIVES FROM SPAIN
- 200 g Semolina
- 100 g Plain yoghurt
- 30 ml Pure olive oil
- 2 pcs Dry red chili
- 7 pcs Curry leaves
- 5 g Mustard seeds
- Salt to taste

- Heat the oil and add dry chilli, curry leaves, mustard seeds and when they splutter, add the semolina and sauté over low heat, till an aroma emanates.
- Take it off the heat and let it cool.
- When cool, mix the semolina, the Spanish green olives and the yogurt to a smooth batter and add salt to taste.
- Keep aside in a warm place for about an hour.
- Prepare the idlis and steam immediately in an idli steamer for 6-9 minutes.
