ORANGE AND MINT MARINATED OLIVES

INGREDIENTS

  • 80 pc (250 g) Green OLIVES FROM SPAIN
  • 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pc Whole dried red pepper
  • 2 pcs Whole garlic cloves (peeled)
  • ½ tsp Mild red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint
  • ¼ tsp Black (or mixed) peppercorns
  • ½ pc Orange peels (½ inch)

PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, mix Spanish green olives with the oil.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15-20
