OLIVES FROM SPAIN TAPENADE

INGREDIENTS

  • 70 pc (250 g) Black OLIVES FROM SPAIN
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 pc Garlic clove (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Whole grain mustard sauce
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh thyme (de-stem)
  • Fresh parsley
  • Bread slices

PREPARATION

  1. In a mortar toss in the chopped garlic clove, the fresh thyme and dash of pepper.
  2. Add in the black olives and the whole grain mustard sauce and capers.
  3. Mash until finely textured.
  4. Add the extra virgin olive oil and garnish generously with fresh parsley.
  5. Enjoy with bread slices.
