ROSEMARY AND LEMON MARINATED OLIVES FROM SPAIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 pc (180 g) Green OLIVES FROM SPAIN
  • 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 4 pcs Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 pc Lemon zest
  • 4 pcs Garlic (peeled and cut into slivers)
  • 5 g Freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Combine the Spanish green olives, rosemary, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 min.
  3. Serve with pita, flatbread, or baguette slices.
