RED HOT CHILLI OLIVES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar whole queen OLIVES FROM SPAIN
  • 1 pc Onion
  • ½ pc Leek
  • 3-4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 4-5 pcs garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, make a paste with all ingredients but the olives
  2. In a bowl, add the paste and the olives. Combine all together.
  3. Refrigerate and let all the ingredients blend together for a minimum 2-3 days in the fridge before eating.
