Spanish olive and mango salsa

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup or 70 g pimento stuffed OLIVES FROM SPAIN
  • 2 pcs ripe mangoes (diced)
  • 1 pcs raw mango (diced)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 yellow pepper (chopped)
  • 4 pcs green onions ( finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander, (roughly chopped)
  • 1 pc lemon (juice)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients together and serve.
