  • 10pcs Spanish Green olives, chopped
  • 6nos Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2nos Garlic, chopped
  • 1no Green chili, chopped
  • 1tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1tbspn Salt
  • 1tbspn Sugar
  • 3tbspn Tomato ketchup
  • 1tbspn Coriander
  • 2tbspn Refined oil
  • 1tbspn Red chili powder
  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium heat and add the mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  2. Take the pan off the flame as soon as the mustard seeds crackle and add the garlic and green chili; sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the chili powder and stir well.
  4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and bring the pan back to the flame, add salt and cook till the tomatoes are soft on medium heat.
  5. Add the tomato ketchup, chopped green olives and coriander, mix well and transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool down. Store it in a jar and use as a condiment.
  6. You may serve it along with chips as a wonderful dip.
