Ingredients
  • 20pcs Green Olives from Spain
  • 50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4preserved in oil Sun-Dried Tomatoes,
  • ½tsp Lemon zest
  • 1tsp Crushed roasted carom seeds
  • ½tsp Mixed peppercorns
Instructions
  1. Warm the olive oil on low heat, take it off the heat. Chop the sundried tomatoes.
  2. Pour this oil in a jar. Add all the ingredients, apart from olives. Shut the lid and shake well.
  3. Add the green olives and allow to marinate for at least 24 hours before serving.
  4. Store in the fridge and you can use these until 7 days.
