Ingredients
  • 5 Spanish green olives
  • 100g Tomato Chunks
  • 6leaves Basil
  • 4slices Baguette slice
  • 50ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • totaste Sea Salt
  • totaste Crushed Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Deseed and chop tomato into small dices and reserve.
  2. Finely chop Spanish green olives.
  3. Mix tomato and olive with salt, pepper and Manchego cheese.
  4. Slice bread, smear olive oil and toast.
  5. Put the mixture on top of the bread and add shredded basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle generous amount of extra virgin olive oil.
