  • 25pcs Spanish Green Olives
  • 200g Semolina
  • 30ml Pure olive oil
  • 2pcs Dry red chili
  • 7pcs Curry leaves
  • 5g Mustard seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 100g Plain yoghurt
  1. Heat the oil and add the peppers, curry leaves, mustard seeds and when they splutter, add the semolina and sauté over low heat, till an aroma emanates.
  2. Take it off the heat and let it cool.
  3. When cool, mix the semolina, the Spanish green olives and the yogurt to a smooth batter and add the salt.
  4. Keep aside in a warm place for about an hour.
  5. Steam immediately in an idli steamer for 6-9 minutes.
