Ingredients
  • 1 cup25 pcs Spanish pimento stuffed green olives
  • 1 ½cups Shrimp, cleaned and deveined (small to medium sized)
  • 2tbspn Olive oil
  • 1large Onion, finely chopped
  • 2large Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1tbspn Garlic, minced
  • ½tbspn Fresh ginger, minced
  • 6pcs Dried red chilies
  • ½tbspn 1 tablespoon cumin seed
  • ½tbspn 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 (2 inch) Cinnamon sticks
  • 5pcs Cloves
  • 1tbspn Sugar
  • ¼cup Coconut toddy vinegar/White wine vinegar
  • Coarse sea salt
Instructions
  1. Chop the garlic clove.
  2. De-stem fresh thyme.
  3. Add a dash of pepper.
  4. Add a big portion of delicious black Olives from Spain.
  5. Add whole grain mustard and capers.
  6. Mash until finely textured.
  7. Garnish generously with fresh parsley.
  8. Enjoy.
