Ingredients
  • 7pcs Green Olives
  • 6pcs Eggs
  • 2pcs Onions (chopped)
  • 1tsp Garlic Paste
  • 3pcs Potatoes
  • Garnish Parsley
  • 20ml Olive Oil
  • totaste Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, fry them in extra virgin Spanish olive till they are cooked over low heat (no colour to be obtained).
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl add onions, add sliced Spanish olives, season them, pour it over potatoes in the pan.
  3. When the eggs starts coagulating take a plate to cover the pan and flip it and again cook over low heat. Garnish it with Parsley.
