Ingredients
  • 16-18large Green & Black Olives pitted
  • 8nos Garlic
  • 5-6 Green chillies
  • 1cup Refined Flour
  • 1cup Breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1tbspn Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cut garlic and cheese into thin strips and halve them. Roughly chop green chillies.
  2. Stuff olives with garlic, cheese and green chillies.
  3. Put refined flour in a bowl, add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and mix to make a smooth thick batter.
  4. Put breadcrumbs in a plate, add extra-virgin olive oil and mix well.
  5. Dip the olives in the batter and coat them in breadcrumbs.
  6. Place these olives in the oven and bake at 200º C for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Serve Hot!
