Ingredients
  • 2 cups –50 pcs Assorted olives (Almond & Pimento Stuffed, Green & Black)
  • 8cloves Garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1⁄2orange Orange zest, cut into 1/2 inch julienne
  • 1⁄2lemon Lemon zest, cut into 1/2 inch julienne
  • 2tbspn Fennel seeds
  • 1tbspn Fresh rosemary
  • 4tbspn Olive oil
  • 3tbspn Fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄2tbspn Red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and marinate at room temperature at least 24 hours.
