Ingredients
  • 7pcs Black Spanish Olives
  • 10pcs Paneer cubes (30 g.pcs)
  • 1/2cup Bhunabesan
  • 2tbspn Hung curd
  • 1tsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
  • 2tbspn Mint /coriander paste
  • 4tbspn Mustard oil
  • totaste Black salt
  • to taste Salt
  • totaste Chat masala
  • 2tsp Roasted jeera powder
  • 1tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1pc Lemon
  • 2tsp Garam masala
Instructions
  1. Cut the paneer into cubes of 30 g. each and silt to make insertions.
  2. Prepare a marinade of hung curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala.
  3. Make Mint, coriander and chilli paste, add chopped olives.
  4. Put the chutney in the slited paneer and marinate the paneer with curd and masala marinade.
  5. Place the paneer gently in tandoor skewers or satay stick.
  6. Cook in a tandoor or in a preheated oven for 7-10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with olives and nice home-made dip.
