Ingredients
  • 12pcs Green Olives
  • 30g Puffed rice
  • 100g Sev or crunchy fried noodles
  • 3tbspn Peanuts roasted and chopped
  • 1tsp Chaat masala
  • 2tbspn Pomegranate pearls
  • 2tbspn Mint roughly chopped
  • 2tbspn Coriander roughly chopped
  • 3juiced Lemon
  • 6halved Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Onion peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 Red chillies finely chopped
  • 2tbspn Tamarind chutney
  • Papdi or poppadoms to serve
Instructions
  1. Toast the puffed rice until crisp. Put in a large bowl with the dry ingredients olives, sev, peanuts, pomegranate and chaat masala and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again. Serve immediately with the papdi or poppadom for scooping.
