Ingredients
  • ALMOND AND GARLIC SOUP
  • 200grs Raw almonds
  • 10-15 White bread
  • 6tsp Black Olives from Spain
  • 6tsp Olive oil
  • 1clove Sherry vinegar
  • Garlic
  • ½l Water
  • Salt
  • GAZPACHO
  • 1kg Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 10-15 Green Olives from Spain
  • 6tsp Olive oil
  • 1clove Garlic
  • White bread
  • 2tsp Sherry vinegar
  • ½glass Water
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. ALMOND AND GARLIC SOUP
  2. Soak crusted bread in water.
  3. Blend ingredients to creamy texture.
  4. Thinly slice black Olives from Spain and add to the soup.
  5. GAZPACHO
  6. Soak crust bread in water.
  7. Chop ingredients.
  8. Blend until smooth consistency.
  9. Add bread and extra virgin olive oil to mixture.
  10. Slice green Olives from Spain and add to the soup.
