OLIVE AND MEDITERRANEAN HERBS NAAN

Ingredients

Stuffing

Black Olives from Spain sliced

Naan dough

Refined Flour

Salt

Sugar

Butter

Curd

Instructions

  • Mix warm water, sugar and yeast in a small bowl.
  • Cover and keep in a warm place for 10 minutes or so till the mixture rises.
  • Sieve wheat flour and salt together.
  • Add curd and mix and then knead into smooth and elastic dough.
  • Apply butter to all the sides of the dough.
  • Keep the dough in a large bowl covered with a lid in a warm place for 2 hours or more till the dough rises and doubles in size.
  • Punch the dough and then knead for 5 minutes.
  • Divide into medium sized balls and keep aside.
  • Elastin and enlarge the naan dough, sprinkle water and spread the mixture of herbs and Spanish olives.
  • Bake in a pre heated oven or tandoor.
  • Smear butter and cut and serve as a pull apart bread or with curries.
