Green Olives from Spain
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ground coriandes seeds
Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Grated lemon zest
Chopped Flat Parsley Leaf
Chopped fresh coriandes
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, mix Spanish black olives with the oil.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
