(Almond & Pimento Stuffed, Green & Black) Olives from Spain

Garlic cloves, sliced

Orange zest, cut into 1/2 inch julienne

Lemon zest, cut into 1/2 inch julienne

Fennel seeds

Fresh rosemary

Olive oil

Fresh lemon juice

Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and marinate at room temperature at least 24 hours.
