Ingredients

Green Olives from Spain

Puffed rice

Sev or crunchy fried noodles

Peanuts roasted and chopped

Chaat masala

Pomegranate pearls

Mint roughly choppedy

Coriander roughly chopped

Lemon

Cherry tomatoes

Onion peeled and finely chopped

Red chillies finely chopped

Tamarind chutney

Papdi or poppadoms to serve

Instructions

  • Toast the puffed rice until crisp. Put in a large bowl with the dry ingredients olives, sev, peanuts, pomegranate and chaat masala and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again. Serve immediately with the papdi or poppadom for scooping.
